Multiple‑show‑winning and absolutely over‑the‑top, this 1927 Ford Tall T is a true Kentucky stunner built in classic 1960s show‑rod style. The all‑steel sedan body is channeled 3 inches over a modified white Speedway frame and undercarriage, with shaved locks, frenched tail lights, and a flawless candy gold and orange panel paint job under a Stayfast black cloth top. A straight‑axle suicide front end with chrome shocks, leaf spring, steering rod, and panhard bar teams with a white 9‑inch rear end, posi center, chrome coil‑overs, front disc brakes, and rear drums to give this car the stance and stopping power to match its wild attitude.

Under the hood, a 383 small‑block Chevy with Eagle rods, Scat crank, Crane cam and roller rockers is topped by a polished 8‑71 blower and dual ATM performance carbs, fed by a high‑flow electric fuel system with bypass regulator. Cooling is handled by an aluminum radiator, polished water pump, and a Cooling Components two‑speed electric fan, while a TCI TH350 with 3000‑stall TCI converter delivers crisp, firm shifts. Old‑school Auto‑Meter gauges mounted behind the blower keep vitals in clear view, and the brutal exhaust note is complemented by a hidden Rockford Fosgate Bluetooth receiver, mini amp, and four Focal speakers for cruising tunes.

Inside, the interior is pure vintage show rod, with custom‑built seats in biscuit‑tuck upholstery and square‑weave carpet, surrounded by crystal‑clear glass you can roll down on all four doors or supplement with a kicked‑out windshield for airflow on hot Kentucky days. Cragar wheels with Coker fronts and Radr pie‑crust slicks hook hard, letting the blown 383 pin you back in the seat on every hit of the throttle. This Tall T backs up its looks with a huge resume: featured on the TV show Dream Rides, used in that show’s 2016 season intro, ISCA winner at Indy World of Wheels and the Carl Casper and Detroit Autorama shows, a Goodguys Street Rod of the Year contender, Street Rodder “Street Shaker” pick, multiple People’s Choice and Best of Show awards, plus features in Street Rodder, Old Skool Rods, Rodding USA, and national promotional campaigns for brands like Parts Pro, Quick Fuel, Goodguys, and Coker Tire.
